Everything was good, the staff were nice and welcoming. The hotel was in a very central setting so close to city centre. It was also next to the shops and eateries and supermarket, and all the major tourist attractions.
Well, the views were awful here.

I found the staff to be very helpful advising that It maybe a good idea to park under the hotel and not leave the vehicle out on the street I like the room, the bathroom was good and there were enought towels for myself and my partner the only thing that concerns me was not enought sugar,

housekeeping staff were just great! The rooms were spotlessly clean!
Our rooms faced Cumberland street. On Friday night the traffic noise was heavy & constant. On Saturday night there was little traffic noise, however the pedestrian noise was frequent (people yelling at each other) at 5am on Sunday a couple had huge arguement. However, I realize the hotel has no control over people on the sidewalk or traffic. It just comes with being in a city. I loved the stay!

I always return here because it feels like home. the staff helped me with local food delivery on my first stay. Free Wi-Fi, laundry, and a flat-screen TV make it perfect for me. Coming back for my next trip!
